This versatile wrap is perfect for a variety of conditions, including sprained ankles, Achilles tendon injuries, foot arthritis, plantar fasciitis, heel soreness, back/sole of foot pain, and post-surgical foot recovery. Two straps are sewn onto the gel pack, with an additional free strap for customizable placement.

The nylon side of the pack is best used for instant hot or cold treatment, while the flannel side provides a more gradual, gentle application. You can start with the soft plush fabric for 10-15 minutes, then switch to the nylon side if the desired temperature is not achieved. The nylon side effectively delivers intense coldness to the injured foot or ankle. The double-seam edge prevents any leakage.

This reusable ice pack is well-made and double-sealed to prevent gel leakage and breakage. For cold treatment, simply place the gel pack in the freezer for 3-4 hours. If it becomes too rigid after removal, allow 1-2 minutes before applying to your body. Never overheat the gel pack, and limit hot/cold therapy sessions to 20-25 minutes, not exceeding 30 minutes at a time.

To warm the pack, microwave it at 700 watts for 90 seconds, flip, and heat for another 60 seconds. You can remove the pack after 30 seconds, knead it, and continue heating to evenly distribute the warmth. Always refer to the detailed instruction sheet before use.
